姜峰林，1978年生，工學博士，高級工程師。發(fā)表學術論文10余篇，以第一發(fā)明人授權專利5項，主持及參加多項科研課題，參編行業(yè)標準兩項，省級標準一項，參與多項市政與公路設計。擅長路基工程、高邊坡、深基坑、地基處理以及頂管工程等設計，致力于新材料、新技術在道路工程中的推廣應用。
